  • Prepare the ingredients.

  • Add water to a saucepot. When the water boils, add the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and ginger slices. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes and strain the tea into a cup.
  • Add honey or powdered jaggery if you like, to sweeten the tea naturally.
