Easy Garlic Butter Shrimp is pan-fried with fresh minced garlic and topped with a sauce of butter and apple cider vinegar. This simple dish takes less than 15 minutes to make. Garnish with parsley or basil leaves. You can customize this dish in a variety of ways!
Prepare the ingredients. Peel and clean the shrimp and mince the garlic.
Mix the shrimp with salt, ground peppercorn and flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp. Use tongs to flip them over after frying for 1-2 minutes on each side in small batches and set aside.
After pan frying all the shrimp, return them to the pan and add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute. Turn off the heat and add parsley and a dash of lemon juice.
How to make the sauce:
In a separate saucepot, heat apple cider vinegar for 2 minutes and add the butter.
Cook for 1 minute, whisk it and turn off the heat.
Pour the sauce onto the cooked shrimp. Serve hot.

Adjust the amount of butter to your liking.
If you like it more garlicky, then add more cloves of garlic. Please ensure that the garlic is added after pan-frying the shrimp to avoid it from getting burned.
