How to make Watermelon Grapefruit Cooler:
In a blender, whisk the watermelon cubes, grapefruit juice and lemon juice with the brown sugar until smooth.
Strain in a glass and serve chilled.
How to make Celery Orange Refresher:
In a blender, add the chopped celery stick, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, and young coconut water and whisk until blended.
Strain in glass and serve chilled.
How to make Cantaloupe Ginger Limeade:
In a blender, add the cantaloupe, ginger, lime juice, honey, pink salt and whisk until pureed.
Strain in a glass and serve chilled.
How to make Golden Raspberry Vitalizer:
In a blender, pulverize the golden raspberries, filtered water, lime juice and honey.
Strain a glass and serve chilled.
Notes and Tips:
- You could use either the seedless or seeded watermelon. If you prefer, you need not strain the mocktails, but consume them with the pulp.
- Red raspberries can be substituted for the golden ones.
- Honeydew melon is a good alternative to cantaloupe.
