Healthy Mocktails

Healthy Mocktails are refreshing and invigorating non-alcoholic drinks made with refreshing ingredients such as ginger, watermelon, cantaloupe, and raspberries.

The sheer combinations and varieties are endless. Since I do not consume alcohol, I have invariably been in places where the choices for non-alcoholic drinks have been none or negligible. So, I have come up with my own healthy mocktails which have their own train of benefits. The addition of ginger, lime juice, or simply melon juices gives these mocktails a place on the hall of fame for drinks. Quick and easy to make that the whole family will come back for seconds.

California sun-kissed golden raspberries, celery, ginger root, limes, and lemons growing in my garden warrant a spin in my blender. The goodness of these freshly picked fruits and vegetables burst out myriad flavors when combined with melons to make the best mocktails.
